Taulman PCTPE is an easy to use nylon and TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) co-polymer which features high flexibility and is comfortable to the touch. The combination of nylon and TPE was designed to allow users to print parts for wearable designs such as prosthetics and even cosplay costumes! Being comfortable to touch and flexible means it is also an ideal material for cell phone cases and even flexible industrial parts. Items printed with PCTPE are rubber-like, while maintaining a high durability.
PCTPE is compatible with acid-based dyes so that wearable end-products can have the feel and aesthetic you desire. It is also compatible with acid-based antimicrobial coatings used for footwear and prosthetics.
