Our Conductive Thermoplastic Polyurethane Pellets are specifically designed to allow you to develop electrically conductive components by injection molding and other polymer forming techniques. The conductive pellets are composed of TPU, carbon additive and proprietary aid material for use at room temperature and exhibits excellent conductive properties for a host of applications. In order to determine if the material will work for your project, you will have to keep in mind that the resistivity will change depending upon your print.

Our TPU pellets can be an excellent product for EMI(Electromagnetic) and RF(Radio Frequency) Shielding applications.

Conductive TPU pellets are packaged with a desiccant to keep it moisture free. Please keep the pellets in a cool dry environment.

Electrical Conductivity

Our Conductive Flexible TPU Pellets have a volume resistivity of <1.25 Ω-cm. Volume resistivity is the measure of a material’s resistance to electricity within a cubic centimeter of material. In order to determine if the material will work for your project, you will have to keep in mind that the resistivity will change depending upon your print.

Flexible Conductive Traces and Electrodes

Another application of Conductive Flexible TPU Filament is in the creation of electrically conductive circuitry used for pliable electronics. Projects include:

  • Interfacing computers, Arduino boards, and other components

  • Digital keyboards, trackpads

In order to successfully use our Conductive Flexible TPU Filament in electronics applications, the electrical resistance of a circuit must be considered. Please be advised that this filament is designed for low-current applications.
